You chose our homepage in order to learn more about house and pet-sitting services. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves to you.

Since the foundation of our company, we have been a member of the official association of the
German house-sitting branch. (VDHA)

AREA OF SERVICE
We perform our house and pet-sitting services primarily in the southwestern region of Germany:
HESSEN, BADEN-WÜRTTEMBERG, RHEINLAND-PFALZ, NORTHERN BAVARIA and the SAARLAND, but on reqest, in other areas and even abroad.

MATTER OF CONFIDENCE
To invite a strange person to live in your own property while you are away, will always be a matter of confidence.
We are fully aware of this fact - that's why you can trust us.
Our employees are retired seniors, and mentally and physically still in very good shape. They once worked as teachers, policemen, or other highly qualified jobs.
They carry out their tasks with a great sense of discretion and responsibility. They benefit from their life experiences, conscientiousness and love for animals.
Before they are hired, the background (resume, police record and personal enviroment) of our house-sitters must be checked.
The VDHA agency must take out business liability insurance, which covers damages caused by a house-sitter, and additional employee insurance covering accidents occuring during the agreed service period.

HOME SECURITY
A deserted house or appartement will always be a target for criminals.
The house-sitter "guards the property by moving in". For that reason the home may not be of interest for an intruder.
The services of the VDHA agencies are recommended by the German Federal Police Department as a way to prevent burglary.
